How to work through itOne aid at a time

Take a single system — VOR, say — and work it until band, range, errors and failure modes are all automatic. Then move to the next. Working through this subject aid by aid is far more efficient than sampling across it.

It is 100 questions in 3 hours, marked out of 100 with a pass at 70.
Is this the same as the radio navigation part of CPL Navigation?
It overlaps, but this is examined separately at ATPL standard. The CPL Air Navigation bank carries its own radio navigation chapters and makes a useful foundation.
