Terms & conditions
The terms, in plain English.
What you get, what it costs, and the two things that will end your access to a paid course. Written to be read, not to be survived.
These terms govern your use of aivrcpl.in and the AIVR CPL application, operated by AIVR PVT LTD ("AIVR CPL", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. The question bank is free
- The DGCA question bank — every question, every worked explanation, chapter tests and full-length timed exam papers — is free of charge. There is no trial, no card and no cap on how much of it you use.
- A Google account is required to use it. That is not a charge; it is how your progress is saved and restored when you change device.
- We may change, add to or withdraw any part of the free bank at any time. We do not guarantee that a particular question, chapter or subject will remain available.
2. Your account
- Your account is personal to you and must not be shared, sold, lent or transferred.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your Google sign-in secure.
- One person, one account. Do not create multiple accounts to work around a device limit or any other restriction.
- You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing admin.aivrcpl@gmail.com from the address you signed in with.
3. Your progress and your data
- While you are working, your progress is held in your browser. It is written to your account only when you press Submit test & update performance.
- Progress you have not saved exists only on the device you created it on. Clearing your browser data, or switching device without saving, will lose it. We cannot recover it.
- The readiness score is an estimate produced by a statistical model from your own answers. It is a study aid. It is not a prediction of your DGCA result and no outcome is promised by it.
- We store your email address, your Google profile name and picture, your saved progress, and — if you buy a course — your purchase record and the devices you have watched on.
4. Video classes — payment
- Video classes are a separate, optional, paid product. Nothing in the free question bank is locked behind them.
- The price, the number of chapters and the validity period are stated on the course page at the time you buy. Access begins on payment and ends when the validity period expires.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details.
- Chapter 1 of every course is free to watch in full, before you pay, so you can judge the teaching for yourself. A course may make further chapters free — Meteorology also gives away chapter 18, Climatology of India — and every free chapter is marked as such in the chapter list.
- Courses are delivered as recorded video. Chapters still in production are marked as such, with an indicative date. We aim to meet those dates but do not guarantee them.
5. Course purchases are non-refundable
All payments for video classes are final and non-refundable.
Once a course is purchased, no refund, part-refund, credit, transfer or extension is given — including where you change your mind, do not watch the material, are unable to watch it within the validity period, or your access is ended under clause 6.
- This is why free chapters are published in full — chapter 1 of every course, and for Meteorology chapter 18 (Climatology of India) as well. Watch them before you pay and decide whether the teaching suits you.
- The one exception: if we are unable to deliver a course you paid for at all — for example we withdraw it entirely before you have been able to watch it — contact us and we will resolve it fairly.
- Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
6. Account sharing ends your access
AIVR CPL reserves the right to remove a user's access to any or all video courses, without refund, if the account is found to be shared.
The course fee buys access for one person. Sharing it is taking from the people who paid.
- Each course may be watched on two devices. That is for your own phone and laptop — not for two people.
- We may end access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared, including where sign-in or playback activity is inconsistent with a single person watching.
- We may also end access for: recording, downloading, re-uploading, screen-sharing, publishing or redistributing any part of a course; attempting to bypass the device limit, the sign-in requirement or the video protection; or selling access to your account.
- Access ended under this clause is not refunded, in whole or in part.
- If you believe access was ended in error, email admin.aivrcpl@gmail.com and we will review it. If you simply need a device slot released — a phone you no longer own, a replaced laptop — just ask; that is a normal request and is not treated as sharing.
7. Intellectual property
- The site, the application, the compiled question bank, the worked explanations and the video classes are owned by AIVR PVT LTD or licensed to it.
- You may use the material for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell or distribute it, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset.
- Automated access — scraping, crawling or scripted extraction of questions, answers or explanations — is not permitted, and we may end access for it.
- Some questions are compiled from published DGCA and third-party examination material. Rights in that underlying material remain with their owners; our rights are in the compilation, the corrections and the explanations.
8. Accuracy, and the limits of it
- The banks are compiled from published sources and a small number of printed answer keys are wrong. We correct them as they are found — please report them with the ⚑ Report a problem button.
- The material is study support, not flight training and not aeronautical advice. It does not replace an approved DGCA syllabus, an instructor, or the current AIP, Aircraft Rules and DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements, which are the authority in every case.
- We do not guarantee that the bank matches the current DGCA syllabus in every respect, or that using it will produce any particular examination result.
- Never rely on anything here for operational flying decisions.
9. Availability
- We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a failure in a service we depend on.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service. Where that affects a paid course you are within the validity period of, we will act fairly.
10. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. For a user of the free question bank, that amount is nil.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination results, lost opportunity, or loss of progress data you did not save.
- Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the current version always governs your use of the site.
- If a change materially affects a course you have already paid for, the terms in force when you bought it continue to apply to that purchase.
12. Governing law and contact
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
- AIVR CPL is operated by AIVR PVT LTD, India. Owned and founded by Shruti Singh.
- For anything at all: admin.aivrcpl@gmail.com. See also our support page.
