Something not working? Tell us.
One inbox, read by a person. Whether it is a question with a wrong answer key, a video that will not play or a course you have paid for and cannot open — this is where it gets fixed.

admin.aivrcpl@gmail.comWe answer within two working days. Write from the same email address you signed in with — it is how we find your account.
A question looks wrong
The banks are compiled from published DGCA material, and a small number of printed answer keys are genuinely wrong. Report it from inside the app — answer the question, then press ⚑ Report a problem under the explanation. That sends us the question id, so we can find the exact item without you having to describe it.
Reported questions are ranked by how many people flagged them, so the ones that matter most get corrected first. If you know what the right answer is and why, add a note — it saves us the research.
Your progress
Your readiness score, chapter mastery and mistakes bank are kept in the browser you are using while you work, and saved to your account when you press Submit test & update performance at the end of a test.
Anything you have not saved lives only on the device you answered it on. Signing in on a new device restores whatever was last saved — not what is sitting unsaved somewhere else.
Clearing your browser data clears the unsaved working copy too. The saved copy on your account is unaffected and comes back when you sign in.
Signing in
AIVR CPL uses Google sign-in. The question bank is free — there is nothing to pay and no limit on how much of it you use — but an account is required, because it is what carries your progress between devices.
If sign-in fails, check that pop-ups are allowed for this site. If you use more than one Google account, make sure you pick the same one each time: progress is saved against the address you signed in with.
Video classes
Chapter 1 of every course is free to watch, and a course may give away more than one. Meteorology has two free chapters — chapter 1 (Atmosphere) and chapter 18 (Climatology of India) — both streamed from YouTube, both playable with no account. The other chapters unlock when you buy the course, and access lasts for the validity period stated at checkout.
The free chapters are marked in green wherever the chapter list appears, in the app and on the Meteorology page, so you can find them without reading all 21 titles.
A course can be watched on two devices. If you have reached the limit and need to swap — a phone you no longer own, a laptop you have replaced — email us and we will release a slot. The free chapters never use a device slot.
The free chapters are there so you can judge the teaching before you pay. See the terms and conditions for the full position, including what happens if an account is shared.
Payment problems
If money has left your account but the course has not unlocked, wait a few minutes and reload — the confirmation sometimes arrives after the browser has moved on. If it is still locked, email us with the payment reference from your bank or UPI app and we will sort it out.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete it. We remove your profile, your saved progress and your device records. Where we are required to keep a record of a payment for accounting purposes, that record is kept and nothing else is.
